Our Story

We’ve been best friends since high school, and our shared love for needlepoint naturally led us to start Swan Stitch Studio together. What began as a creative hobby quickly became something more: a brand built on friendship, collaboration, and a genuine passion for stitching.

With over 3.5 years of needlepoint experience collectively, we love creating designs that are fun to stitch and easy to fall in love with. We’re so excited to continue growing Swan Stitch Studio and sharing pieces that bring joy, creativity, and personality to stitchers everywhere.

Meet Summer

This is Summer! She’s a Mobile native and has always had a strong love for the community. She was a Mobile Azalea Trail Maid in high school and graduated with her bachelors in Political Science in May of 2025. She has a passion for creation and has loved expressing herself through needlepoint since she started May 2024!

Meet Alyssa

Hi, I’m Alyssa! I graduated from the University of South Alabama with a degree in Accounting and am currently earning my MBA. While business is part of my background, needlepoint is my passion.

I’ve been needlepointing for some time now and love creating designs that feel fun and thoughtful. When I’m not stitching, I’m spending time with friends or at home with my four dogs, usually with a needlepoint project close by.
