Returns

We do not accept returns at this time. All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery so we can review the issue on a case-by-case basis.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

To assist with quality control, photo proof is required. Please email clear photos of the item and packaging, along with your order number, to swanstitchstudio@gmail.com.

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution. If approved, a replacement item will be sent at no additional cost after the original canvas has been returned to us. All requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific order.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect and is approved after review, a replacement will be issued.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Please contact swanstitchstudio@gmail.com before sending any items back for instructions.


Refunds

Refunds are not offered, except where required by law.

If a refund is legally required or approved under the EU cooling-off period, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
